Riser Wealth
Frequently Asked

Answers,
in plain language.

A short set of questions we are asked most often. For anything particular to your circumstances, please write to us directly.

What does Riser Wealth actually do?+

We are a private wealth partner to ultra high net worth families, family offices and founders. We design, implement and steward portfolios across mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, fixed income and select private assets, and we coordinate the administration around those holdings.

How is Riser Wealth compensated?+

Our economics are arranged at the product level and disclosed openly. There are no planning fees, retainers, or charges levied directly on the client.

Who do you typically work with?+

Families and principals with meaningful capital, including single and multi-generational family offices, ultra high net worth individuals, founders post-liquidity, and NRIs seeking coordinated India allocation. Most relationships begin through a referral, but we also welcome direct enquiries from principals who feel our approach fits their circumstances.

Is there a minimum engagement size?+

Engagements are typically considered from ₹50 lakh onward, though the threshold is a matter of fit rather than a rigid floor. Family-office mandates are structured bespoke.

Who holds custody of the investments?+

Every holding remains in the client's own name and custody, with the respective AMCs, portfolio managers, AIFs or depositories. Riser Wealth does not pool or take custody of client assets at any point.

What if I want to move or change representation?+

Portability is designed into every engagement. Should a client choose to move assets or change representation, we assist without friction.

How do you select fund managers?+

Every manager is handpicked through independent research, performance back-testing and a qualitative fit check, and in the majority of cases through personal allocation by the principal of the firm alongside the client.

What reporting can I expect?+

A secure client portal for live positions and statements, quarterly written letters summarising portfolio activity and market context, and a formal annual review. Ad-hoc dialogue as and when you want it.

Are you regulated?+

Riser Wealth operates as an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor (ARN-268478) and holds NISM 21A and NISM 5A qualifications, authorised to distribute mutual fund, PMS and AIF products.

How do we begin?+

A first conversation held in confidence, followed, if useful, by an independent review of your present holdings. Both carry no obligation.
