2. About Riser Wealth
Riser Wealth operates as an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor (ARN-268478), with NISM 21A and NISM 5A qualifications, authorised to distribute mutual fund, portfolio management services (PMS), and alternative investment fund (AIF) products to eligible investors. The firm works with a select set of ultra high net worth families, family offices and founders.
3. Nature of Information

5. Eligibility and Onboarding
Services are offered only to individuals and entities who qualify to receive them under applicable Indian law, including KYC, FATCA and PMLA compliance. The firm reserves the right to decline, delay or terminate any engagement at its sole discretion, including where suitability or fit concerns arise.
6. User Obligations
- Provide accurate, current and complete information at the time of onboarding and when requested thereafter.
- Keep your access credentials to the client portal and any linked services secure and confidential.
- Use the Site and Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access to your account or any change in circumstance affecting your KYC or suitability profile.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, the "Riser Wealth" name, and compilations thereof, is the property of Riser Wealth or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trade mark laws. No part of the Site may be reproduced, redistributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

The Site may contain links to third-party platforms, including our client reporting and transaction portal, operated by independent providers. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai.

Riser Wealth may amend these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will take effect on the date of publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
